Hangtime Sports offers
the following, both on a competitive and recreational basis. Whatever
your sport, we've got a court!

Unreserved Basketball, Volleyball, Futsal (soccer) and other
open gym times are available.
|
|
|
The Physical Therapy & Fitness Center can be used for
drop-ins as well as an added benefit to
teams renting gym time to add strength training to your practices. We
also offer individual and
family memberships at competitive rates.
The Physical Therapy
& Fitness Center at Hangtime Sports is operated by
MidMichigan Medical Center - Midland.

The conference rooms serve as a teaching facility for coaches
and instructors. They can be reserved for training sessions or
for parties.
The conference rooms also serve as a break room for
referees during tournaments. We also host birthday parties. See our

6 laps around the indoor heated/air conditioned facility is 1 mile.
Introductory price of $1.00/day or 10 days for the price of 9.
Monday thru Friday from 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Soft soled (tennis shoes),
clean, dry shoes must be put on when inside the facility. We are asking
that all players, etc. change their shoes when entering the facility. |

Menu includes sub sandwiches, wraps, fresh fruit, handmade pizza, salads, soups,
hot dogs, bread sticks, chips with nacho cheese, hot pretzels, snacks, candy,
soft drinks, sport drinks, hot chocolate, coffee and cappuccino. Vending machines are also available
for your use. No coolers or outside food is allowed in the building.

We offer a separate arcade room that provides entertainment for all
ages. We have brand new arcade machines, including Air Hockey, Hoops
Shoot, Racing, Crane, Ms. Pac Man, Skittle Ball, Gravity Hill, Extreme
Hunting, Johnny Nero, AiAction Hero, The
Fast and The Furious, Hoop Fever, Sports Zone, Sports Bus & More! Come

This upstairs area allows teams to eat, congregate and relax between
games as well as view all games being played on the courts.

We offer indoor Futsal (soccer) courts and goals with a

Three Rivers Fencing Club is dedicated to
Olympic style competitive fencing in Midland and Mid-Michigan.
T.R.F.C. has been actively sending members to state, regional, and
national competitions for many years. And it's members have acquired
many rankings from the United States Fencing Association. T.R.F.C
's members range from six to sixty, both male and female. They are
serious competitors on the national stage, and recreational
athletes, pursuing a healthier lifestyle and the friendships of a
